Foundry Systems / Project accountability software

Keep the work and the record together.

Foundry Systems keeps project plans, approvals, documents, and decisions together. The record stays with the work from kickoff through final review.

Projects change as they move. Scope shifts, approvals happen in messages, and key documents end up in different places. Foundry keeps the record with the work.

The product

Build the project record while the work is happening.

01Before the work starts
Write down the scope, owners, and what “done” means before the project gets noisy.
02While the work moves
Keep reviews, approvals, and changes next to the part of the project they affect.
03When the work is reviewed
Review the record that accumulated during the project instead of reconstructing it at the end.

Paid pilot

Start with one real project.

A pilot lasts four to six weeks and uses one live project. We set up the record with your team, follow the handoffs, and review the result together.

It is a paid pilot, not a long-term commitment.

1

2

3

You retain ownership of the information you provide. You give us permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

We work to keep the service available and secure, but pilot software may change and is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Effective September 16, 2026. We collect information that customers and visitors provide directly, such as names, business contact details, account information, support messages, and project content. We may also collect basic technical and usage information needed to operate and protect the service.

We use this information to provide and support the service, communicate with customers, process transactions through our payment providers, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers working on our behalf, when a customer directs us to, or when required by law.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and use practical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information by emailing support@foundrysystems.app.

Refunds and cancellation

Pilot fees, payment dates, cancellation rights, and any refund terms are stated in the written agreement for that pilot. If there is a billing problem, contact us first at support@foundrysystems.app so we can review it promptly.

If we later offer recurring subscriptions, a customer may cancel before the next renewal date to stop future charges. Payments already made are not refundable unless the customer’s written agreement says otherwise or the law requires it.
