Terms of service
A customer’s signed order or pilot agreement controls the scope, price, and timing of paid work. You keep ownership of the information you provide, and give us permission to process it only as needed to run the service. Pilot software changes, and it comes without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Privacy
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers. We use what you send us to answer you and to run a pilot, and we do not sell personal information. Inside the Foundry app, a workspace belongs to the owner who runs it, and you can delete your own account from Settings › Account.
Refunds and cancellation
Pilot fees, payment dates, cancellation rights, and any refund terms are stated in the written agreement for that pilot. If there is a billing problem, write to us first so we can look at it.
